With over 20 years legal experience working both in the UK and internationally, Stephanie has a deep understanding of data protection law and provides detailed, client focussed and pragmatic advice and guidance.

Having worked as a consultant for over 7 years supporting organisations across sectors including pharmaceuticals, online retail, recruitment, IT and financial services, Stephanie's breadth of experience results in authentic operational solutions, that are risk based and realistic.

Stephanie is equally comfortable supporting senior stakeholders with data protection governance as she is supporting in-house legal and compliance individuals and teams.

An experienced commercial lawyer, Natalie has extensive legal and privacy expertise gained over nearly 3 decades from private practice and a broad variety of in-house and consultancy roles in a wide range of organisations/sectors, nationally and globally including the finance, insurance, IT and not for profit sectors. Clients describe Natalie as pragmatic and personable, being able to operate as either sole counsel or within a team providing risk based workable solutions both at project and BAU operational levels. She is able to step into interim roles and hit the ground running.

Recent placements have included a year at a global US based tech company implementing an international data transfers repapering exercise and before that, a year as interim EMEA Privacy Counsel at a British-American multinational company providing insurance services.

Natalie shares her time between the UK and France and spends her down time swimming and improving her French.

Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the Open University, Florence specialises in commercial and contractual law and has worked in the legal sector since 2015.

The work she has undertaken includes new legal entity registrations, companies house filings and company register updates, purchase and sale of businesses, shareholder agreements, trademark applications and infringement, commercial lease agreements, loan agreements, privacy statements, data processing agreements and data protection policies in line with UK GDPR and IS027001.

Her personal interests include travel, gym, making sushi and walking her Doberman and her Frenchie.
